Good for small cuts you can't do on a big cutter and for irregular cuts. It takes patience though. Just think small, and "nibble" small pieces at a time. Ths works pretty good. Doesn't hurt my hand. You will end up breaking a few tile.
I used these while doing a large tiling job in our new house. Great set of tile nippers at a very economical price. Performed great.
